Nguyen Le is an Associate at MCP, specializing in sourcing, due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies while leading special projects leveraging data science and AI. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he invited thought leaders in critical minerals as well as climate software to speak at events like the HBS Climate Symposium and HBS Tech Conference. Nguyen's interest in climate science began during his undergraduate studies at Brown University, where he studied chemical engineering. He spent summers at research institutions such as Marine Biological Labs and NASA Ames Research, co-authoring a paper in Nature on using DNA to assemble silver nanowires. After graduating, he worked at Analysis Group, building statistical models and analyzing large datasets for tech and healthcare clients. He then joined VinaCapital in private equity, performing due diligence on health services and manufacturing deals in emerging markets.

Before HBS, Nguyen was a technical product manager at VNG, Vietnam's first tech unicorn, where he managed the fintech arm, implemented data-driven product designs, and doubled user conversion within a year. In his free time, he enjoys hot yoga, cooking Vietnam-inspired dishes, caring for his plants, and karaoke.
